Click the booking link on any page to take you to our booking site. Alternatively, you may contact us at stay@radretreats.net with questions about any property. We will ask a few questions such as the reason for your stay, stay length, and your personal preferences for the home. Once your stay is confirmed, payment will be due in full prior to the first day of your reservation.
RESERVATIONS AND PAYMENTS
We will contact you prior to your check-in date to remind you of your upcoming reservation, as well as to give you all necessary details. You will have your own personal door code, which is unique from any previous guests, cleaning staff, or repair personnel. We will also take this opportunity to finalize any special requests so that we can make sure the home is just the way you need it for a comfortable and memorable stay.
Check-In
Due to the high demand for our properties, as well as the high level of preparation that goes into each guest's stay, we have a strict cancellation policy. If you cancel your reservation 7 days or more before check-in, you will receive a 50% refund. If you cancel within 7 days, unfortunately your reservation will be non-refundable. We understand that sometimes things come up, so feel free to contact us if you believe an exception should be made.
CANCELLATION POLICY
The city of Columbus charges a 5.1% excise tax on all stays. This will be added to your initial reservation and clearly itemized for you. We also charge a $150 cleaning fee to ensure the property stays in pristine condition for each guest.
FEES TO EXPECT
Because you are paying a cleaning fee, you do not have to worry about doing any chores before your departure. All we ask is that you treat our home as if it was your own. If you bring a pet, please clean up after it. We also have cleaning supplies available around the home, so that you may tidy up as you see fit, if you would like. Lastly, we provide medical grade air purifiers throughout the home to keep your environment safe and pleasant.
